Managed by a Franco-Thai team, the company had a website with an outdated design that wasn't bringing in any qualified traffic, and from which there were no requests for contact or quotes.

Rethinking the site's visual identity
The site had to reflect high-end expertise while remaining accessible to brands of all sizes. We had to rethink the user experience (UX), modernize the interface, harmonize the visuals and reinforce the impact of the site's photos.

Structuring the offer and detailing the services proposed
Before the redesign, SMV's services were not very visible, and their specific features were not made explicit. The challenge was to clarifying the offerby creating detailed pages for each stage of the process (design, lost-wax casting, crimping, assembly...), using an accessible yet professional vocabulary.
Adapting content for a demanding French-speaking clientele
A large part of the VMS target is made up of French brands or French-speaking individualssometimes unfamiliar with offshore manufacturing. So we had to find the right tone reassuring, precise, fluid and free of unnecessary anglicisms. The content has been designed to meet the needs of expectations, obstacles and questions to this premium French-speaking clientele, while remaining accessible to English-speaking readers.
