In the Business Suite tool, you can create stories in the app, then schedule them to go live on both Facebook and Instagram. Your scheduled posts will then be displayed on your content calendar in the Business Suite application. You can also save your Facebook and Instagram posts as drafts. This will allow you to work on them without losing your work.
